2. Solution support technician with problem onsite and technical reject tracking
3. Coordinate with technician for re-appointment slot ticket after confirmation with customer
4. Coordinate with call center for customer service request ticket
5. Customer support and confirmation broadband service request
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Experience 0-2 years experience on Broadband Internet, Telecommunication system
3. Soft skill on cumunication skill and service mind to support customer
4.Experience in service management or call center service support
5.Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
