Job Description:

Required Skills *:
Have extensive or at least 6 years of SAP TPM experience and has worked on multiple SAP TPM implementation projects.
Be flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST)
Knowledge of SAP TPM, TFM, TCM and TPM - BW Integration
Knowledge of Customer business Planning and execution cycle
Experience in Responsibility area, query Profile, Integrated Planning profile Group
Experience in CBP plan creation and setup, Plan extension, Planning Profile Hierarchy ( Customer planning Hierarchy)
Knowledge of Product assortment in CBP planning
Experience in CBP plan P&L, Product Tree and Summary query setup,
Experience in Scenario Planning
Experience in Promotion planning, Promotion type, Promotion master query setup
Knowledge of Baseline, Drags & drivers, Latest Estimate setup
Knowledge of CRM master data setup and integration, CRM Middleware
Experience in Condition contract and settlement (CCS)
Knowledge in BW Planning and Hana modeling is a plus.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and working on S/4HANA Trade Management or Revenue Growth Management migration or implementation projects is a plus.
Understand and work on integration objects with SAP BW-IP, S/4 HANA using SAP CRM Middleware
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality functional specification design.
Participate in relevant stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design and testing.
Experience working in an Agile team environment, contributing to sprints, participating in daily stand-ups, and ensuring continuous delivery.
Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting issues as needed.
Stay updated on SAP advancements and emerging technologies to enhance SAP system functionalities.
Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a consultant and lead the team members as needed.
In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP Support project.
Unit Testing, Integration Testing
User Support activities
Exposure to ASAP and other structured ITIL methodologies
Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
Strong Knowledge in
SAP CRM Trade promotion management configuration
SAP CRM Middleware configuration, adapter objects, and Business Documents
Integration with SAP BW-IP, S/4 HANA CCS
Experience in debugging WebUI, ABAP report, BW Planning function is an added advantage
Experience working in Agile teams, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
Preferred Skills:
Good Experience in Workflow, Business Traction Events, Alerts configuration
Good understanding of Revenue Growth/ Trade Management practices (Planning, Funds Management, Trade Accruals, Execution & Settlement, Reporting, Trade Promotion Optimization etc.)
Good Understanding of S/4 HANA Condition Contracts Management Module
