What you will do:

  • Coordinate the development of Project Controls Plan. Develop project estimate, control budget, and WBS structure.
  • Track and monitor forecast at completion, incurred cost, and budget. Provide variance analysis and explanation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure engagement with the project progress, changes, highlights, and issues. Communicate the status and issues with execution and construction team.
  • Proactively report cost status and efficiently communicate any risk and mitigation plan. Develop a realistic project schedule to meet the project objectives. Coordinate and update schedules with actual progress and forecast remaining durations, project milestones, and completion dates
  • Implement Earned Value Management. Ensure accurate CPI and Earned Value curve are reported.
  • Implement change management. Initiate PCOs, Trends and AFE revisions. Support on the supplemental funding request.
     

Who You Are:

  • Degree or diploma in related field such as business, engineering or construction. Project Management Professional credential (PMP) is an asset.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in construction, including solar or wind relevant experience. Note a combination of education and experience will be considered. Without a degree, you are required to have 7 years of experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer skills using Ecosys, Oracle, Power BI, and Microsoft Office products specifically Excel.
     

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.
  • Up to 10% travel.
