Advisor / Offer Manager - Product Offer Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What you'll achieve
As Product Offer Management Advisor you are required to lead and deliver our operational efforts during this time of exciting transformation. The role is to own and manage all aspects of product data from inception to go live on Dells product data database tools. This will involve cooperation and teamwork, utilizing problem solving skills and using your initiative to define the best and most efficient method of completing a task and sharing best practices across the global organization.
You will:
Take ownership and governance of all aspects of product data, project managing and utilizing available resources to ensure quality and alignment with Dell’s strategic goals
Proactively manage and coordinate product data updates, maintenance, and issue resolution using global processes and tools
Complete global project deployments through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business requirement generation, and collaboration with IT teams
Identify opportunities to develop and implement long-term operational efficiencies and process improvements by working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering, and others
Launch, Audit, validate, support and manage submittals of Product Offer and Product Data (PD) requests
Participate in global projects and initiatives that influence GOPO and Dell’s strategic objectives, guiding product marketing and sales on product offer strategy

Essential Requirements
Good systems application knowledge
Good knowledge of product data
Strong Strategic Agility, Dealing with Ambiguity and Change Management Skills.
Strong Experience working globally and within global teams.
Strong Communications & Cross-Functional Engagement Skills.
Strong Program/Project Management Skills.
Desirable Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree or above. Masters preferred.
PMP or equivalent project management methodology certification would be an advantage
Understanding of product configuration/validation principles an advantage; Strong applications knowledge.
Ability to work/function successfully with minimal daily supervision
