Advertising Senior Specialist

This role is responsible to lead the Decideware platform enterprise wide and support the sourcing of creative agency services, within Marketing Procurement supporting the total category spend of $450M. This role reports to the Associate Director of Procurement for Creative Agencies.

The candidate will support the re-development of the Decideware platform and the procurement requirements to implement the tool globally. This will include platform strategy, global category management, surveys, scope shells, rate card management, risk management, stakeholder management, and supplier value management within the creatives category.

Primary activities include but not limited to:

  • Support category management and sourcing across Advertising Procurement in the US/Global

  • Lead global, cross-functional initiatives for Decideware encompassing current state / new functionality, change management, Local market requirements across the enterprise.

  • Responsible for Decideware including Scope Management, Surveys and training of stakeholders and agencies

  • Review Agency Scope of Work and staff plan for proposed roles, FTE Hours, Rate structure to provide financial guidance to the stakeholders

  • Manage supplier contract negotiations from initial contracting review to contract signing/execution.

  • Implement Supplier Value Management to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Develop, sustain, and evolve global stakeholder relationships through a service mindset.

  • Identify and deliver on key metrics including savings, supplier and working capital to established objectives while ensuring value generation, resource management, talent investment, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) integration and business continuity.

  • Actively support, both within the Company as well as expanding relationships and spend with suppliers.

  • Undergraduate Degree Required


Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5-7 years of Procurement, Business Management and / or Marketing specific experience

  • Ability to review agency multipliers to make recommendation on industry standard benchmarks for Time & Material and deliverable agency rates

  • Agile mindset, ability to learn quickly and connect the dots

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint

  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity required

  • Demonstrates solid leadership capabilities, with strengths in collaboration, written and verbal communications, and cross-functional teamwork

Ce poste a pour responsabilité de diriger la plateforme Decideware à l’échelle de l’entreprise et de soutenir l’approvisionnement de services d’agences de création, au sein de l’équipe Achats – Marketing, qui appuie une dépense totale de catégorie de 450 M$. Le poste relève du/de la directeur(trice) associé(e) des Achats – Agences de création.

La personne retenue appuiera le redéveloppement de la plateforme Decideware ainsi que les exigences d’approvisionnement nécessaires à l’implantation mondiale de l’outil. Cela comprend la stratégie de la plateforme, la gestion de catégorie mondiale, les sondages, les gabarits de périmètre, la gestion des grilles tarifaires, la gestion des risques, la gestion des parties prenantes et la gestion de la valeur des fournisseurs au sein de la catégorie Création.

Les principales activités comprennent, sans s’y limiter :

  • Soutenir la gestion de catégorie et l’approvisionnement au sein des Achats – Publicité aux États-Unis/à l’échelle mondiale
  • Diriger des initiatives mondiales et interfonctionnelles liées à Decideware, incluant l’état actuel et les nouvelles fonctionnalités, la gestion du changement ainsi que les exigences des marchés locaux à l’échelle de l’entreprise
  • Assurer la responsabilité de Decideware, incluant la gestion des périmètres, les sondages ainsi que la formation des parties prenantes et des agences
  • Examiner le périmètre des travaux de l’agence (Scope of Work) et le plan de dotation pour les rôles proposés, les heures ETP (FTE), et la structure tarifaire afin de fournir des orientations financières aux parties prenantes
  • Gérer les négociations de contrats fournisseurs, de l’examen initial de la contractualisation jusqu’à la signature/l’exécution du contrat
  • Mettre en œuvre la gestion de la valeur des fournisseurs (Supplier Value Management) afin de favoriser l’innovation et l’amélioration continue
  • Développer, maintenir et faire évoluer des relations mondiales avec les parties prenantes, dans un esprit de service
  • Identifier et livrer des indicateurs clés, incluant les économies, la performance des fournisseurs et le fonds de roulement, en lien avec les objectifs établis, tout en assurant la création de valeur, la gestion des ressources, l’investissement dans les talents, l’intégration ESG (environnement, social et gouvernance) et la continuité des activités
  • Soutenir activement, tant au sein de l’entreprise que dans l’expansion des relations et des dépenses avec les fournisseurs


Qualifications du poste :


Exigence minimale en matière de formation :

  • Diplôme de premier cycle requis


Expérience et compétences requises :

  • 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en approvisionnement, en gestion d’entreprise et/ou en marketing
  • Capacité à examiner les multiplicateurs d’agence afin de recommander des points de référence (benchmarks) conformes aux normes de l’industrie pour les tarifs d’agence en temps et matériel ainsi que pour les livrables
  • Esprit agile, capacité d’apprendre rapidement et d’établir des liens entre les informations
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, avec la capacité de prioriser et de soutenir simultanément plusieurs projets et parties prenantes
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint
  • Sensibilisation et sensibilité culturelles requises
  • Démontre de solides capacités de leadership, avec des forces en collaboration, en communication écrite et verbale, ainsi qu’en travail d’équipe interfonctionnel

The salary range for this role is

$106,200.00 - $167,200.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
