Advanced Product Specialist

Your challenges

  • Travels throughout the assigned territory (Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida) to call on established and prospective customer contacts

  • Creates demand for Eppendorf North America’s Automation products and solicits orders

  • Uses persuasive skills and company-supplied tools to meet sales volume, product mix, and new product awareness objectives

  • Develops and executes time management and territory development plans, follows up and processes sales leads from multiple sources, including trade shows and marketing campaigns

  • Develops a list of prospective customers on a local level, presents products, conducts on-site field demonstrations, and supports the product sales lifecycle

  • Attends trade exhibits and local shows to promote the product

  • Maintains and updates company data and CRM

Your expertise

  • Ability to travel throughout the Southeast US Territory with up to 30% travel

  • 5+ years of sales experience with specialized product lines

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge and expertise in molecular biology

  • prior experience and expertise with liquid handling preferred

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and ensure effective communication
