JOB SUMMARY:Provide patient care services to employees and dependents (ages 2+) of a specific employer by independently and interdependently scheduling, supervising, and/or conducting complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures; independently participate in the delivery of direct patient care within the scope of individual authority granted by the North Carolina State Boards of Medical Examiners and/or Nursingwith departmental specific credentialing from the institution.
Required to travel to limited sites in Winston -Salem, NC (Forsyth County)
Day shift (8a-4:30p, tentative schedule), no weekends, no major holidays
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
PA:
-Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, master's degree preferred
NP:
-Graduation from accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's Program, master's degree or higher required
NP/PA:
-Minimum of one year of experience in a primary care or urgent/emergent care environment
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION:
PA:
-Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License
-Certified by NCCPA
NP:
- Current North Carolina Board of Nursing Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license
-Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by AANP or ANCC
