About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sr IBP Analyst with deep functional and technical expertise in implementing and integrating SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. This role is critical to deliver scalable, high-performance digital supply chain solutions that drive value for our global customers & The Regional Support Lead provides first‑line support for SIOP/SIOE applications across the EMEA region. This role troubleshoots issues, supports testing, and collaborates with development and product teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Control Tower), CPI-DS/SDI integrations, and a passion for solving complex business problems through digital planning transformations.


Your Team 

This position is part of Digital- SIOP family reports to Manager – SIOP. This position will not have any direct reports. 

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for application support in the region.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform initial analysis, and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain SLAs and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
  • Support testing during releases, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to validate solutions.
  • Participate in root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regional insights on user needs, adoption, and training gaps.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 6–10 years of total SAP experience, with 5+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience
  • Strong experience in SAP IBP modules – especially Demand, Supply, and Inventory
  • Proficiency in integration of IBP with ECC and/or S/4HANA via CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS
  • In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
  • Ability to configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, time profiles, and master data
  • Hands-on experience with IBP Excel UI and Fiori Launchpad
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities

Bonus Points if You Have

  • SAP IBP Certification
  • Exposure to SAP APO, SNP, BW, or other legacy planning tools
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or CPG domain
  • Knowledge of data modeling, analytics, or reporting within IBP

  • This position requires up to 20% of travel. 
  • Be willing to work in Budapest, Hungary. 
  • Successfully completing a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
