Deine Aufgaben – Du machst mit uns den Unterschied:
Bearbeitung von Rücklieferungen und Reklamationen zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Abwicklung.
Kontrolle des Wareneingangs inklusive sorgfältiger Prüfung der zurückgesandten Ware.
Buchhalterische Abwicklung der Vorgänge im SAP-System sowie Erteilung von Statusauskünften.
Erfassung aller erforderlichen Daten in verschiedenen IT-Systemen und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen und Statistiken.
Unterstützung bei technischen und systemseitigen Prozessverbesserungen sowie bei der Lösung auftretender Probleme.
Verantwortung für die Pflege und Verwaltung der Dokumente im Bereich Rücklieferungs- und Reklamationsbearbeitung.
Dein Profil – Damit begeisterst Du uns:
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Lager oder Wareneingang, idealerweise im Bereich Heizung/Sanitär.
Sicherer und freundlicher Umgang in der Kommunikation – schriftlich, telefonisch und im direkten Kundenkontakt.
Selbstständige, planvolle und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Hohe Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.
Kundenorientiertes Denken.
Kenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil, ebenso wie sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office.
