SUMMARY:
The Administrator Procurement is responsible for maintaining, overseeing, and training on master data creation. Other duties include:
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma GED or equivalent.
Experience: 3 plus years experience.
Computer Skills: Data entry accuracy is a must. Intermediate knowledge of Excel Access and other spreadsheet applications along with Microsoft Word. SAP Fresh Meats Mainframe knowledge is preferred.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communications skills are required; excellent phone etiquette skills are preferred.
Special Skills: Excellent organizational planning prioritization and follow up skills; must be able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment. Work involves occasional non-routine assignments and judgment in the selection of standard procedures from among several that apply to the job is a must; includes organizing work and selecting appropriate methods to complete tasks. Confidential information is entrusted disclosure would be serious.
