Contract: Office based, Full time, 12 month fixed term contract, 42.5 hours per week, night shift 8.00pm – 8.30am
Salary up to £27,758.64 per annum
Mears Housing Management’s primary business objective is to develop new housing supply along with contracted management services to central and local government as well as to registered providers of social housing. Our service users include the homeless, asylum seekers, ex offenders, students, residents needing care and keyworkers.

The role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Acquisitions team, processing and inputting information, booking viewing and survey appointments and supporting staff to provide an exceptional service in a fast moving environment. You will have a key role ensuring the back office function runs smoothly to ensure consistent, accurate and up to date data.
Support the administration process to ensure the accurate and timely recording and response to all client, service user and company communication.
Support the provision of administrative duties to all functions within the team.
Support processes of requisitions and documents to ensure information on the system is accurate and up to date.
Ensure the customer experience is central to all activities ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
Work collaboratively and proactively with the team and other colleagues in Mears to ensure client, customer and service users receive an exceptional service.
Ensure all records and IT data on systems is accurate and meets contractual requirements.
Undertake adhoc projects and provide support and cover for colleagues and teams with Mears Housing Management
Ensure full compliance with Mears code of conduct, contractual terms and group policies and procedures.
Role Criteria
Experience working within Customer Service
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Skilled in managing and prioritising a large and varied workload
IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office packages, including basic Excel
Strong ability to work within a fast-paced environment
