Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support that ensures the efficient functioning of the designated functional area. This role focuses on maintaining accuracy, driving compliance, and supporting continuous process improvement to enable seamless operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while fostering collaboration across teams to achieve operational excellence.

  • Provide accurate and effective administrative support to ensure operational excellence in the functional area
  • Comply with governance standards, including legislative and audit requirements
  • Provide timely and accurate management information to support decision-making
  • Take ownership of your development to continuously enhance your competencies
  • Maintain efficient electronic tracking and monitoring processes for all activities and timelines related to administrative and process support
  • Improve business decisions by delivering accurate and reliable business intelligence

You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below minimum requirements:

  • A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or support role within a financial services or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
