Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We’re looking for an Administrative Support, level I or II, to join our growing team!

This is a temporary secondment/contract employment opportunity for an approximate 8-month duration.

 

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Effectively process and carry out transactions, administrative tasks and follow-ups in the various claims systems to support stakeholders in the Claims Department.

  • Effectively process and carry out monetary and payment transactions for various types of invoices and/or estimates in connection with home and auto claims files of adjusters from Quebec’s Claims Service Centres (CSCs).

  • Maintain a high level of efficiency in our average transaction processing times.

  • Support projects or new initiatives as needed.


What you will bring:

  • Experience in a similar role as an administrative technician or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Administrative Support, I or II: At least three years of experience in an office environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Solid organizational skills and ability to effectively manage workflow without continuous supervision.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Ability and willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • [Bilingualism (French-English)] You will interact regularly with clients and colleagues from across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience is required; however, you must be eligible to work in Canada.
