SUMMARY / JOB PURPOSE:
This person should have an in-depth knowledge of the specific job function. This person will be innovative, multi-skilled with exceptional communication skills, attention to details and provide administrative support as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.
Stay current with customer needs and strategies using formal and informal written communication methods.
Advance data-entry skills with other administrative support as needed.
Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation.
Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, finance, economics, related field or experience in lieu of degree.
Ability to learn and understand complex concepts, practices and procedures of the insurance and financial industry.
Superior time management and verbal communications skills.
Adept in working with many different groups of people, at different levels of the organization, to achieve common goals.
Capable of working in multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision.
Advance Microsoft skills.
Attention to detail.
