Job Description Summary:
This position manages the daily operations of the inpatient rehabilitation services of physical, occupational, speech and pediatric therapy for OhioHealth to ensure appropriate staffing levels, quality of service, efficiency, customer satisfaction, personnel development, program development, fiscal responsibility, and interdisciplinary communication. He/She is assigned to one hospital campus and must work closely with their counterpart on the other campus.Responsibilities And Duties:
