Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Facilities is seeking a customer service-oriented Facilities Representative team member to join the Facilities team.  The selected individual will report to the Sr. Facilities Manager and will utilize SAP, Outlook, Maximo and Archibus to support the Defense Division Facilities team.

 

This role will require a regular on-site presence at the Northrop Grumman site in Huntsville AL

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with responses to external and internal customer inquiries.

  • Solicit vendor bids and submit purchase requests related to the facility.

  • Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with company policies.

  • Excellent customer service.

  • Ability to research and resolve customer questions without supervision.

  • The ability to multitask and work independently to meet service delivery agreements.

  • Support the Division sites by assisting with research and other internal customer inquiries.

  • Provide analytical support by providing reports and analysis to management.

  • Maintains Archibus database

  • Assist in the coordination of facility construction and modification.

  • Complete special projects as assigned ​across a geographically disbursed team.

              

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years additional education and/or experience in the administrative professional field.

  • Ability to use excel and knowledge of other Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.

  • Working knowledge of Archibus employee tracking database.

  • Problem Solving/Analysis

  • Experience in facilities and property administration.

  • Excellent Customer service skills including critical thinking.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage time and multiple tasks as appropriate throughout the day.

  • Must be able to obtain a DOD secret level clearance.

  • Ability to work on site in Huntsville, AL.

  • Assist in compiling weekly and monthly status reports.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with purchasing requisitions and purchase orders

  • Working knowledge of Workday

  • Working Knowledge of NG Campus

  • Experience working with Maintenance Connection/Maximo

  • Ability to generate badges for Contractors.

Primary Level Salary Range: $45,100.00 - $75,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
