Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of general administrative office support experience, or
Associate's degree plus four (4) years of general administrative office support experience required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Detail-oriented and organized; excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and interdependently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work under deadline pressure.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates office activities with the office manager and other professional staff within and outside the assigned unit.
Submits clinic modifications to ACH to communicate changes to physician schedules.
Gathers information for credentialing for the Primary Care and Clinical Informatics Faculty
Assist in updating the Primary Care and Clinical Informatics profiles on the UAMS website
Assist with provider travel preparation and general purchasing for assigned sections.
Management of IT inventory in the Primary Care and Clinical Informatics Sections
Assists in filing, upkeep of office equipment, mail and faxes, copier meter readings, updating eFund reports, IT, and maintenance requests
Request privileges for department security access for software and shared drives/folders for faculty.
Perform other duties as assigned.
