JOB SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive and detail-oriented support to the administrative suite. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for office coverage, ordering supplies, answering and directing phone calls, and managing files. In addition to these traditional responsibilities, the role includes coordinating and supporting sponsorship-related activities, serving as a primary liaison between sponsors and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and partnership management.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period

Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00p

Education:

- High School diploma or equivalent- required

- Bachelor's degree- preferred.

Certification & Licensures:

- N/A

Experience:

- Three (3) to five (5) years of assistant experience to be able to perform the essential responsibilities of the job- preferred

- Experience in hospital or health care setting- preferred

- Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or event coordination- preferred
