Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for :
Provide administrative and operations assistants for Business Unit Director and for the all unit
Managing schedule
Controlling the registration process of Invoices
Prepare Purchasing Requests (PR) on the bases of all Invoices for the Unit.
Handle all travel issues
Support in budget management and monitoring
Full responsibility for organizing unit meetings
Follow up on routine cross unit bounded tasks.
Manage local processes and systems
Handle diverse internal/external inquiries
Responsible for compliance administrative issues on unit
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required :
Previous administrative or related experience
Academic education
Fluent English verbal and written
Proactive
Resilience and agility, able to work in dynamic and changed environment
Strong client service orientation with excellent communication, planning and organization skills
Must be strong attention to details and high quality delivery
Ability to manage variety of tasks under pressure
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Discreet and confidential person
