The Opportunity:

Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a critical program supporting over 45,000 users executing Navy ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced administrative duties in a staff activity with minimal supervision

  • Execute specialized assignments relating to typing, word processing, and graphics illustration using computers

  • Operate reproduction equipment to produce large volumes of documents

  • Provide comprehensive courier service and mail service support

  • Maintain complex personnel and administrative files

  • Prepare advanced correspondence and coordinate executive-level communications

  • Schedule and coordinate complex travel arrangements

  • Lead the preparation of documents and support the development of contract deliverables and reports

  • Integrate graphics generated with automated tools into deliverable documents

  • Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff

  • Coordinate administrative activities across multiple program areas

  • Support executive-level meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma

  • At least 7 years of experience in administrative support

  • At least 4 years of managerial experience

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office automation tools

  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired:

  • Experience with DoD/Navy programs or similar government environments

  • Knowledge of government administrative procedures and regulations

  • Experience with executive-level support

  • Advanced graphics and presentation software skills

  • Project management experience

  • Experience managing administrative teams

  • Knowledge of contract administration processes

  • Understanding of government travel regulations

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
 

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$18.17
