What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and expense reports.

  • Maintain accurate records in electronic systems and manage document storage.

  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and presentation materials in standard company format.

  • Handle confidential information and ensure timely communication across teams.

  • Support office operations, including mail distribution, supply management, and vendor coordination.

What Are We Looking For

  • High school diploma required; post‑secondary education a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge and experience using Microsoft Copilot a plus.

  • Knowledge and experience with business applications such as OnBase, SAP, Ariba, and Concur is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Current Pennsylvania Notary license is preferred but not required; however, it should be obtained within 3–6 months of hire.

Work Environment
TRMI’s office is located in Pittsburgh, PA, with in-office, in-person work expected 2 to 3 days per week and flexible remote/hybrid work options available for the non-office days. This role operates in a professional office setting with routine use of standard office equipment. Occasional overtime may be required.
