We are seeking an experienced and passionate Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional executive and organizational support for NVIDIA’s Healthcare Product and Field Operations group. What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to Healthcare Executives, anticipating needs and removing roadblocks before they arise.
Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars across global time zones with discretion, accuracy, and a dedication to confidentiality.
Organize and manage key meetings, events, and team experiences — from off-sites and celebrations to planning sessions.
Manage domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries and vendor negotiations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and related financial documentation.
Develop and maintain meeting agendas, team rhythms, and internal communications, fostering alignment across the organization.
Take detailed meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure execution on commitments.
Curate and manage presentation and communication content that supports executive storytelling and collaborator engagement.
Lead or support special projects that advance organizational effectiveness or innovation.
Collaborate closely with other administrative partners to ensure seamless operations across NVIDIA Healthcare.
What We Need to See:
12+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, global organizations.
B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of discretion, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in complex environments.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 149,500 USD for Level 4, and 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
