Are you ready for a new challenge in our Finance team?:
As Administration Intern, you report directly to the Sales Administration Supervisor and support the team in the following activities:

What can you learn with us?:

• Documentary research for forwarding request for issuing Certificate of Origin at CCIAA
• Support of the management of goods import practices and production of documentation for customs clearance
• Support in processing procedures relating to the invoicing of raw materials and related to credit notes of simple nature
• Research and control of Customs Bills
• Save Customs documents
• Collect customs documents and send reminders for export proof to freight forwarders/customs

Do you have these qualifications and skills?:

• Good Knowledge of the Office system
• Good organizational skill and to interact with external entities
• Availability, flexibility and proactivity
• Excellence knowledge of Italian and good knowlegde of English
