We are looking for a passionate Administration Assistant who will be working with Wilhelmsen Ship Management, a comprehensive global maritime group providing over half of the merchant fleet with essential products and services, along with supplying crew and technical management to the largest and most complex vessels ever to sail.

What You'll Responsible For:

  • Control outgoing mail to ships. Monitor the parcel or package , till received by the vessel.
  • Preparing CD’s, DVD’s for Vessels as directed by WSMKL fleet, DCG and LPG/ LNG/ FSRU group members.
  • Arranging business cards for WSM KL staff and Vessel Officer as required.
  • Maintenance of Vessel Files, if required.
  • Assisting Vessel Manager typing correspondences, scanning documents, and other secretarial work
  • Raise P.O. for office services through Eye Share.
  • Any other duties allocated by Fleets/Vessels/ HSEQ Managers
  • Act as back- up for coverage, if required.
  • Control and purchase of stationery and other petty items for office and maintain inventory.
  • Receiving Visitors.

What Experience and Skills Required:

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a shipping company, especially in documentation support
  • Experience in managing office visitors and front-desk duties
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to completing tasks effectively
  • Strong team player with a positive and cooperative attitude
