ob Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Admin & Helpdesk Executive to support our commercial portfolio operations in Kolkata. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support and helpdesk services to ensure smooth facility operations and excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle tenant inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person
  • Log and track service requests in system
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs
  • Maintain tenant records and databases
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Manage visitor registration and access control
  • Handle correspondence and documentation
  • Support property management team with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Graduate in any field
  • 1-3 years experience in admin/customer service
  • Good communication skills in English and local language
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Customer service attitude
  • Ability to multitask
