ACCIONA, in Infrastructure is currently looking for an Admin Clerk for the project of MCRP-02 in San Fernando, Pampanga

Job Description

Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the Batching Plant.

Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and operations records, coordinating with various departments and ensure proper control of reports and paperworks.

Manage employee timesheets and attendance records to support payroll and workforce monitoring

Required Skills and Competencies

Graduate of any Bachelor Course

At least 1yr experience in administrative/clerical work

Knowledge of office procedures and documentation control

Proficient in MS Office applications

Good written and verbal communication skills
