Requirements for the positions are:

• Terminal degree in Discipline
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education, with the ability to create and maintain an environment which emphasizes learning and encourages free discussion of ideas and critical thinking.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Online teaching experience
• Experience with teaching adult learners

The following salary range reflects compensation paid for a 3-unit course (101.25 hours) and varies based on the faculty member’s course assignment.

The hiring range for this position is $3456.00 to $3856.00. Offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to; geographical location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
