What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Actuarial Intern to support the actuarial reporting function of Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar team.

What are we expecting from this role?

  • Assisting with the generation of monthly and quarterly reports.

  • Preparation of financial results on various basis, including IFRS and EEV with accuracy, on a timely basis, on sound principles after thorough analysis.

  • Performing data validation checks to ensure accuracy.

  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc data requests from other departments.

  • Helping to enhance the reinsurance premium and Claim recovery calculation tool.

  • Support the streamline of end-to-end reporting process among Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, including but not limited to excel templates and holistic reporting process enhancement.

  • Sitting for and passing actuarial exams of a recognized professional actuarial association.


Who are we looking for?

  • Must be a graduate in mathematical or relevant field

  • Good conceptual, analytical and financial skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office desirable.

  • Understanding of accounting principles desirable.

  • Strong communication skills, MS Office, influencing & presentation skills.
