Active Cycle Leader

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are seeking an experienced and techno functional Active Cycle Leader to lead all active cycle-related activities during the Align project , which will focus on SAP S/4HANA core implementation. according to the group standard models, with key and critical consideration related to the integration of satellite ERP systems across manufacturing and retail operations.
As the Active Cycle Leader, you will act as the key liaison between the business and the IT project team, concerning Active cycle modules and data ensuring that business requirements are clearly addressed and implemented considering local specifications and the group standard approach

Your main responsibilities:

• Offer advice, analysis, and solutions based on specialized knowledge 

• Review and verify the accuracy of technical documents, training materials, and project deliverables 

• Convert complex technical information into understandable terms 

• Write and create local documents, training manuals, and other materials to share knowledge and guide others.

• Instruct employees and stakeholders on new procedures, policies, or systems.

• Act as a connector between different departments and teams

• Support resolving issues that arise during a project 

• Participate in testing phases, review results

Are you a MATCH?

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor's in information technology  or Business Administration 

• Master’s degrees a plus 

Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of functional experience working in different active cycle and controlling positions in multinational companies 

• Hands-on involvement in at least one large-scale ERP implementation , ideally finance functional expert 

• Familiarity with the integration of satellite systems(Wise, Concur, workday, Salesforce , etc.) into ERP environments

• Data analysis and recommendations

• Bridge between operations and IT

• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes & data management

• Extensive experience & Deep knowledge Continuous learning: The ability to stay current with emerging trends, best practices, and new developments through ongoing education is essential.
