Job Description:
Activation Marketing – Orthodontics – 3M Oral Care India (Based at Bangalore)
Demand Generation
• Marketing campaign Planning and execution for Orthodontic portfolio
• Define local social media/media/key platforms for communications
• Execute on End-user communications through multi channel approach to drive demand for OCSD products
• Recommendation on media buys
Sales Partnership And Engagement
• Delivering programs/promotions/new product materials to field sales
• Close alignment/partnership with sales teams to deliver programs
• Ensure salesforce compliance w.r.t campaign execution for digital, offline and educational activities
Scientific Marketing Support
• Regulatory and legal alignment for
• Interfacing with Clinical specialists & SA&E team – technical/ whitepapers/customer testimonials – ensuring meets customer requirements/local regulations
Marketing Requirements
• Leverage Customer Ops activities/support to deploy programs (Communication, Media Relation, expos & Events, POS)
• Provides insights of local market, product performance, customer demand and feedback
• Liaison to the local functions like customer service, sales force, application engineering, regulatory
• Competitive intelligence
• Ensure local regulatory and packaging compliance for portfolios/programs
• Align to Campaign outcomes/input/results
• Capture and communicate the NPI voice of market, ideas, local needs
• Manage local calendar of execution
Marketing Updates
• Owner of the audience evolution – aggregate view of the local audience and articulating that to the management and Asia team.
• Ensure monthly reports and dashboards are shared with Asia team.
Channel
• Help build eCommerce capabilities of channel partners
• General and specific channel partner engagement/ execution of through channel marketing plans – via MDF and CIP programs.
• Syndication to the channel partner to drive local market growth
• Support Trade shows, Customer events
Primary Metrics
• Portfolio Performance % Growth / COGS of Orthodontic Portfolio
• Demand Generation activity performance
• Marketing Program execution and Impact (MROI%)
• Organic Local Currency growth %
• End user demand generation
Secondary Metrics
• Priority project completion
• Progress on local needs
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Business and Marketing education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing role – preferably consumer facing roles
• Excellence in marketing disciplines (price, portfolio, end-user, channel, communication)
• Knows customers and market dynamics, key market trends
• Knows Digital Marketing with an emphasis on consumer/ end customer marketing
• Has the personality to convince and engage sales teams
