Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Actimize Developer to join our team, responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, and supporting NICE Actimize AML/FCC solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and financial crime prevention initiatives.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA/ Birmingham, AL/ Dallas, TX/ Phoenix, AZ is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions within NICE Actimize AML/FCC framework to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Configure and customize Actimize modules to optimize detection, monitoring, and investigation processes.
  • Support the deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Actimize applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Actimize applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Support regulatory reporting and audit requirements by providing effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in NICE Actimize platforms and financial crime regulations.
  • Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with NICE Actimize AML/FCC solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of financial crime regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Programming skills in relevant languages (Java, SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Relevant certifications or training in NICE Actimize solutions are a plus.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Knowledge of financial services industry and banking operations.
  • Experience with other anti-money laundering and fraud detection tools.
  • Understanding of data analysis and pattern recognition techniques.
