As our Acquisition Value Lead, you’ll be at the centre of testing bold new sales channels, driving high-impact promotional activity, and turning insights into action. You’ll champion innovation, partnering with proposition owners to bring new ideas to market, and keep a sharp eye on the performance of our existing channels, digging into the data to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and why.
In this pivotal role, you’ll work across Sales, Commercial, GTM, Operations, and Digital teams, as well as with external partners, to ensure every channel improvement and promotional initiative lands on time, to spec, and with real measurable results.
This is a hybrid role, working from our Trinity office in Nottingham 1-2 days per week.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing
Coordinate trials and launches of new sales channels and activities, clearly defining requirements, risks, and expected impact.
Track performance of new and existing sales channels, identifying variances and emerging risks, and recommending clear next steps.
Collaborate with proposition, growth, and innovation teams to shape go-to-market strategies that maximise sales and retention.
Monitor competitor and industry activity to spot sales growth opportunities and bring forward concepts for testing.
Diagnose root causes of channel underperformance and work with channel owners to define and deliver effective mitigations and improvement plans.
Maintain consolidated performance reporting across all sales channels, acting as the key contact and presenting regular updates to leadership.
Support delivery of channel improvement roadmaps and tactical activity, ensuring strong business cases, on-time execution, and full compliance.
Partner with Commercial, GTM, Operations, Digital, Finance, and Regulatory teams to align activity, remove blockers, and ensure initiatives deliver value within budget.
Are we the perfect match?
Here’s what we need from you
Experience in campaign delivery, customer operations, or lifecycle marketing ideally within energy, telco, financial services.
Highly competent in analytics and able to collate, develop and interrogate insight, to understand the performance of activities and make recommendations for changes.
Comfortable understanding financial impacts of performance & developing business cases to describe opportunities simply, with outcomes made clear.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, telling clear performance stories and presenting clear options for decisions.
Ability to manage day-to-day detail while ensuring alignment with broader objectives.
Excellent communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
