Team Description

The Finance team is looking for a detailed oriented, results driven Account Receivable Specialist to join the team. This position reports to the Finance leader and work closely with the Finance team. The role will require the ability to quickly digest and manipulate large data sets to confidently explain complex concepts.



Role and Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial trends
  • Maintain financial records
  • Conduct financial analysis
  • Complete financial transactions
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Uploads metrics to internal systems
  • Maintains accurate data in internal systems
  • Perform financial audits
  • Use and maintain accounting system
  • Review and implement financial policies


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with globally diverse teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must. PowerPoint, SQL, Business Objects and/or other Business Intelligence and data visualization tools are nice to have
  • Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication/data visualization skills with the ability to summarize and clearly articulate complex issues, synthesize key points and effectively communicate findings
  • Ability to gain subject matter expertise in a short time period and apply institutional knowledge to develop quality analytics
  • Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment, having comfort with ambiguity
  • Passion for improving the business while leading, developing and working in teams is a must
