Accounts Receivable Manager

Role Summary

The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee billing, collections, and cash application processes across Beacon Mobility’s operations. This role ensures accurate invoicing, timely collections, and compliance with corporate financial policies while supporting operational leaders and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
 

· Billing & Collections

o Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all Beacon Mobility services.

o Review monthly transactions history.

o Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts.

o Draft and send correspondence for past-due accounts; negotiate payment plans when necessary.

· Revenue Forecasting

o Track revenue by contract and prepare rolling forecasts for multiple entities.

o Provide monthly AR status reports and assist in reconciling revenue accounts.

· Compliance & Process Improvement

o Ensure adherence to corporate accounting timelines and internal controls.

o Recommend and implement process improvements for invoicing and collections.

· Collaboration

o Maintain strong relationships with Operations VPs, Regional Finance leaders, and Operations Managers.

o Partner with finance and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

· Team Leadership

o Supervise AR specialists; provide training and guidance on best practices.

o Ensure SOP’s are up-to-date.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

· 5+ years of AR experience, preferably in multi-entity or service-based industries.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

· Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Experienced in AI.

Compensation

· $100,000 - $115,000
