This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team, where the role will be responsible for processing incoming invoices in the Haleon ERP system and managing both PO and Non‑PO invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. The position offers hands‑on exposure to day‑to‑day finance operations and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, while providing an ideal opportunity to develop practical knowledge of accounting processes and ERP systems.
Save and post invoices in the ERP system.
Verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contracts.
Address discrepancies (taxes, pricing, freight, quantities).
Prepare and post invoices for payment.
Manage PO and Non-PO invoices, including credit notes.
Perform 2-way and 3-way matching.
Communicate with vendors and internal teams.
Generate reports on invoice processing.
Identify and recommend process improvements.
Execute payments and troubleshoot payment issues.
Maintain organized records for audit and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
Minimum a year of experience in accounts payable area or in finance.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is a big plus).
Minimum intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
Detail‑oriented with a structured and analytical approach.
Open to learning, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
Team player, based in or near Kyiv, able to work from the office at least two days per week.
