The Position

We are looking for you to join Roche and our Services & Solutions Center in Budapest.

Your opportunity:

As an Accounts Payable Intern you will execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level.

• Supporting invoice processing, including booking and archiving invoices
• Assisting in scanning and filing documents to maintain accurate records
• Providing support to senior colleagues with daily tasks
• Contributing to the preparation and improvement of departmental processes
• Working with SAP and other systems to ensure smooth financial operations

Who you are:

• Ongoing university studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Interest in financial processes and willingness to develop in this area
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Availability to work at least 25–30 hours per week
• Good command of English
