Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-orientated and process-driven Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team at the New Zealand Support Office.

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of the Accounts Payable function, while providing a high level of service to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

As a key member of the team, you will serve as a central point of contact, applying your expertise in AP processes to ensure compliance with financial legislation, supplier agreements, and company policies. You will also play an active role in driving continuous improvement and supporting the broader accounts payable team in achieving operational excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, looking to further develop their career within a professional finance environment.

Location: NZ Support Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060).

Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in a finance role, preferably in a supplier or customer facing capacity.

  • Sound understanding of accounts payable processes and practises.

  • High attention to detail and focus on accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced excel skills.

  • Excellent data entry and keyboard skills (minimum 8,500 ksph and 97% accuracy)

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics365 (FinOps) and ExFlow module

  • Preferred experience with Readsoft Invoice Verification Software or other OCR system
