As an Accounts Payable Analyst I, you will support global financial operations by processing and analyzing accounts payable transactions with accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, ensure timely payments, and contribute to continuous process improvements within a dynamic Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume, multi-currency accounts payable transactions accurately and timely

  • Perform invoice validation, matching, and discrepancy resolution

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to resolve complex accounting issues

  • Support month-end close activities and reconciliations

  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal accounting controls

  • Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems

  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities

  • Utilize banking portals and financial tools for payment processing

  • Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to high ethical standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar)

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • English proficiency: B2+ to C1 level (strong written and verbal communication skills required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional accounting certifications

  • Experience in a Shared Services Center environment

  • Experience handling multi-currency and high-volume transactions

  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and accounting controls

  • Experience with banking platforms and financial tools
