Job Description Summary

As part of the Finance team within the Portfolio Service Centre (PSC) this role will help drive the delivery of contract administration and invoice management for our Finance Service Centre team to ensure efficient management of the Accounts Payable process and efficient resolution of issues

About the Role:

  • Financial coding of Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Invoices from subcontractors
  • Efficient management of Accounts Payable queries
  • Expense & Corporate Credit Card Administration & Queries 
  • Expense & Corporate Credit Card Batch Review & Posting process
  • Expense & Corporate Credit Card Reporting

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, invoice management, or a finance operations role
  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic foundation and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of contract administration, invoice processing, and accounts payable processes
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
