Accounts ExecutiveWe are looking for an Accounts Executive, and the main responsibilities are:
Support the full spectrum of Accounts Receivables (AR) activities (including daily operations, collections follow-ups, reconciliation of customer accounts, month‑end closing support & etc)
Perform tracking & monitoring of collections & payments including updating of Aging list for dissemination to operation team for follow up
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded in the system.
Prepare monthly AR reports, aging analysis and collection status updates
Prepare and disseminating monthly Customer Statement of Account (SOA), email reminder & etc
Reconcile outstanding payments, billing disputes, discrepancy and coordinating with internal operation team to resolve the dispute matters and response to customer enquiries
Prepare and reconcile intercompany billing, coordinating with intercompany counterpart to ensure inter-co balance
Handle partial sets of accounts including General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Assist in audits by providing necessary AR documentation
Prepare quarterly GST tax report
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist or support ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned Finance Manager
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
· Minimum 2-3 years of working experience
· Proficient in accounting software (e.g., ACCPAC, SAP)
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
· Able to meet tight deadline and work independently
