The Role
Job Description Summary
We are hiring for the Accounting Department at Kyndryl Japan.
As a member of the accounting team in a global company, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting operations.
Leverage your experience and skills to make an immediate impact and contribute as a key member from day one.
This position is fully remote.
Who You Are
Job Qualifications
Requirements (MUST)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience in accounting, management accounting, or working at an audit firm
Native level of Japanese (N1)
Strong English communication skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above is a helpful benchmark)
Preferred Qualifications (WANT)
Practical experience using English in a business setting
Certifications such as CPA (Japan), Tax Accountant, USCPA, or Level 1 Bookkeeping
Experience in cross-border accounting operations or working with IFRS
Other Information
Comfortable working in a primarily remote environment
Willingness to commute to the Makuhari office or Tokyo headquarters (Roppongi Hills) approximately once a month
