We are looking for CA Inter, CMA or MBA in fannce with 2 to3 years of experience in with finance and accounting knowledge who can handle below activities,
• Collation of statutory documents for foreign vendors payments, in line with 15CA, CB, Form A2 as per local laws and query resolution
• Filings related to FEMA, local laws for foreign payments
• Support in month end close, GL & manual AP template preparation & posting
• Support in audit, arranging samples, fixed assets annual review, data preparing quarterly BG and EMD file
• Preparing prepaid, liability- accrual & provisions entries and schedules
• Preparation of balance sheet files for monthly review meetings
• Master Data base management – vendor modifications & creation, clean-ups for South Asia entities
• Resolving operational issues of the project team related to systems, payments etc
