Are you experienced in dealership accounting and familiar with CDK? D&M Leasing is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support our Drafts and Trade Payoff processes—ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and strong relationships with our dealership partners and lienholders.
This role plays a critical part in keeping deals moving smoothly by reviewing drafts, validating titling information, and submitting payoffs with precision and urgency.
What You’ll Do
-Review incoming drafts and verify all details (amounts, liens, VINs, lessee info).
-Release funds to dealerships for accurate titles and coordinate any needed corrections.
-Partner with dealerships, sales managers, and our Title Department on draft and purchase requests.
-Validate and process customer trade payoffs via check or ACH within required deadlines.
-Reconcile related accounting schedules and follow up on outstanding items.
-Send refund checks when needed and support the accounting team with additional admin tasks.
Location: D&M Leasing Fort Worth Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9–5 or 8–5 (with lunch)
Pay: $25–$28/hr (based on experience)
What We’re Looking For
-3–5+ years of dealership accounting experience (required)
-CDK experience strongly preferred
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple dealership partners
-GED, high school diploma, or associate degree + relevant experience
