This person will be mainly responsible of Local Statutory Reporting activities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP & local GAAP).
Prepare reports for local stakeholders, financial statements for statutory reporting.
Audit Support: Coordinate and support annual audits and tax filings, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
Be the primary contact for PwC audit team, leading and following up the pending items for the audits.
Be the primary contact for EY Financial statements preparation, providing information, preparing working papers.
Leading the preparation for specific items that need to be analyzed under Mex GAAP such as operating leases.
Monitor and input audit adjustments in SAP coming from audit review.
Statutory Reporting: ensure a timely and accurate reporting for external stakeholders, which include government entities and financial institutions.
Preparation of Financial Statements for RNIE (Secretary of Economy)
Preparation of Financial Statements for bails and vendors
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with changes in accounting and tax regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
Be the primary contact for local Tax team, prepare information for Tax and SAT audits.
Assist Tax team to present balances in accounting in proper way.

Education:

Experience:

+5 years of professional experience in a Multi-National Corporation and/or Consulting Firms (Tax department / Big 4).
Self-starter with an ability to multi-task.
Proven experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferably) and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Fluent in English, written and spoken (desired)
