Hiring: Accountant
We’re looking for an Accountant to join us at Telia.
I’m Laura Rimkevičienė, leading Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets Team, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. The role focuses on end‑to‑end inventory, accounts payable and fixed asset processes. This position is based in Vilnius.
What you’ll do:
• Carry out accurate accounting practices and period‑end adjustments, including inventory tracking, reconciliation, and valuation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and audit requirements.
• Consult with other teams on issues, discrepancies, and best accounting practices.
• Contribute to process improvements.
What will help you thrive in this role:
Being a detail‑oriented and analytical professional with a strong ownership mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.
• Proven experience in accounting (period – end closing).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Solid knowledge of Excel (Pivot, IF, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and good knowledge of English.

Monthly salary range for this position – 2100-3100 Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
