Role Summary:
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax obligations, and other financial activities within an organization.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in accounting processes and month-end close activities assigned in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and local accounting standards.
Perform accounting activities with the team.
Reporting: provide daily and monthly reports and support General Accounting team members.
Perform monthly closings, general ledger account analysis, and balance sheet account reconciliations; prepare SOX controls.
Prepare supplementary reports and maintain continuous communication with suppliers and customers regarding fixed asset matters.
Assist in resolving any issues that may impact on the timely monthly closing.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or public accounting.
3–5 years of experience in general accounting.
Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is an advantage.
Interest in building positive relationships.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to process changes.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
