Robert Half, one of FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For is hiring an Accountant Sr – Exec Admin to join the Executive Management department.
What You’ll Do
Manage the Chairman's calendar, travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed.
Screen and respond to calls, emails, and correspondence of a sensitive nature.
Prepare presentation materials for board meetings and other executive sessions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for events and special projects.
Maintain confidentiality in handling personal and business matters.
Process and reconcile the Chairman's business expenses and personal bills.
Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheets and financial summaries for review.
Ensure proper coding and classification of expenses; liaise with corporate accounting as needed.
Monitor cash flow, accruals, and prepaids related to personal and business accounts.
Maintain compliance with GAAP standards and internal controls for all financial activities.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and recommendations to support decision making.
Assist with special projects requiring financial reporting.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets and custom reports using advanced Excel skills.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in expense tracking and reporting.
What You’ll Need
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
5+ years combined experience in Executive administrative support and accounting.
Prior experience handling confidential matters for senior executives preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
CPA preferred but not required.
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
High level of discretion and integrity.
The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. $72,000.00 - $115,000.00
