About our Team:

The Onboarding team sits between Sales and Credentialing, working cross-functionally with Fulfillment and other internal teams to ensure operational accuracy and seamless account support. 

About the Role: 

The Account Support Analyst supports the organization in achieving revenue goals by ensuring accurate account maintenance, billing, and process improvement. This non-customer-facing role acts as a liaison between Sales and Fulfillment, handling a variety of account-related tasks and supporting internal teams with timely, accurate information. You will apply your business acumen, multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills across various departments within our company. 

Hybrid candidates must be located in or able to commute to Alpharetta, GA for monthly in-office days. Additional in-office presence is required during Customer Service Week in October. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Fulfillment for existing account maintenance and inquiries.  

  • Perform account maintenance tasks, including price changes, trial extensions, Point of Contact/Name and Address Changes (POC/NACs), updating purchase order numbers, and account reactivations.  

  • Address and resolve invoice concerns, add administrators, and submit projects through Salesforce to Fulfillment.  

  • Communicate with Sales to clarify account-related questions and ensure accurate, timely updates.  

  • Coordinate with Credentialing and Fulfillment teams to process account changes and submissions.  

  • Maintain operational accuracy and uphold internal processes for account support.  

  • Troubleshoot billing, invoicing, and account setup inquiries.  

  • Support process and system improvements in workflow, billing/invoicing, and general back-office operations.  

  • Maintain required accuracy rates to ensure business needs are fulfilled.  

  • Ensure accurate completion of all received projects/requests while maintaining turnaround time and required accuracy rates. 

  • Communicate clearly and provide concise instruction to Credentialing and Fulfillment to ensure accurate completion of expected outcomes.  

 
Requirements: 

  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related accounting or CRM software (Salesforce preferred).  

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational proficiency, and adept problem-solving skills.  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.  

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Credentialing, Fulfillment, and other internal teams.  

  • Previous experience in billing, account maintenance, or a similar operational support role.  

  • Strong math and analytical skills.  

  • Ability to interpret contracts and extract billing-relevant data.  

  • High school diploma required; additional education or relevant certifications a plus 

  • Bilingual candidates preferred.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $36,700 - $61,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
