We are seeking a well-rounded, ambitious, and strategically-minded Account Supervisor to oversee programming execution and drive impactful retail solutions on our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a proficient project manager with deep shopper marketing expertise, a gifted relationship builder, strategic thinker, and have the ability to see beyond the project scope. If changing the light bulb in a room will make the project better—and improve the shopper experience—you're responsible for finding the right bulb.
The Account Supervisor will oversee our agency team in the development of content, promotions, retail strategies, and shopper-centric initiatives. You will partner with the account team to develop insightful briefs grounded in consumer/shopper research, manage budgets, create realistic timelines, and execute excellent work on time and within budget. In this role you will work across multiple disciplines such as creative, production, strategy, consumer insights, and retail to concept, execute, and implement transformative projects for our client. An exceptional attention to detail, deep understanding of shopper behavior and motivation, and superior client management skills are essential.
