The Account Services Coordinator (ASC) plays a vital role in creating customer experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence. At the heart of the ASC’s work is a dedication to understanding customer needs and delivering proactive, reliable service, turning each interaction into an opportunity to build trust and create loyal brand advocates.  The ASC is a key partner in the sales process, managing daily account activities and ensures customer orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a service‑first mindset.  Working closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and cross‑functional partners, the ASC proactively identifies opportunities to support revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires exceptional communication, strong organization, attention to detail, the ability to navigate multiple priorities, and a solution-driven approach.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, serving as the customer’s primary liaison.
  • Communicate pricing, inventory, lead times, and shipping information clearly to manage expectations.
  • Provide timely updates on out‑of‑stock items and collaborate with sales and operations to identify alternatives.
  • Identify opportunities for inventory management solutions such as contracts or floor‑stock agreements.
  • Own customer issues from intake through full resolution.
  • Handle client quality and documentation requests.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop account growth strategies, plan client communications, and prepare quotes or samples.
  • Provide service updates and contribute to team planning during weekly sales meetings.

  • Strong sense of urgency; able to work effectively in fast‑paced environments

  • Proactive, self‑directed, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Tech‑savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to thrive in an open‑concept office environment
  • Comfortable working on computer‑based tasks a majority of the day

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing or closely related field preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sit and use a computer for a long period of time.
  • Manual and physical dexterity needed to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documents.
  • Sufficient near vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, hand-written forms, and printed on paper.
  • Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Indoor office environment, may on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.50/hr-$23.50/hr, non-exempt

  • Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
